How much do we have to sell?

Typically we estimate that your group or team needs to sell at least 60% of the vouchers offered by a single business to receive a percentage of the sales.

How do we get people to buy?

Simple, use the tools you use everyday; cell phones, computers and of course SOCIAL MEDIA. Also, our mobile app will be sending out push notifications to users to help promote your efforts as well.

How do we promote our fundraiser?

Share your deals on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Email friends and family, and by word of mouth or text message.

How long does the fundraiser run for?

Typically we run a fundraiser for 10 to 15 days.

What percentage of sales does our team or group get?

If your team or group makes enough sales for each businesses’ daily deal vouchers, you will receive 25% of total sales of that businesses’ vouchers.

When do we get our fundraising money?

Our typical payout turnaround time is somewhere between 7 to 10 days after the final day of the fundraiser.

Why should we use NEXT PLAY over someone else?

NEXT PLAY has no upfront costs or overhead such as printing for cards or tear offs. We offer your group the opportunity to make funds quickly. You can use our platform more than once a year, as opposed to those groups who require you to use their deal cards or sale their items. Your team is selling deals for businesses in your community, not just wrapping paper or soap detergent, your fundraising items are purchases that people buy everyday. You are driving business to your biggest supporters.

How does the team/school store work?

The team and school store system is very simple to use and has a one-time $100 setup fee. The store is yours; your products, your deals, your gear. NEXT PLAY takes care of the security certificates, the development and assists with any issues that may arise. When using a NEXT PLAY store, your team brings in 90% of all sales and NEXT PLAY brings in 10% for management and support fees. Also, your items will appear on our mobile app which will assist in sales efforts.

Can we pick the businesses we would like to get support from for our fundraiser?

Absolutely! The more businesses involved in NEXT PLAY’s efforts, the better for you and us. Also, when setting up your fundraiser with our team, be sure to ask about our “do it yourself” model for fundraising efforts.

Do the deals have an expiration date?

We highly recommend that your business puts an expiration date on your voucher. In fact, we recommend anywhere from 30-45 days after purchase date as a good starting point.

What percentage of sales does our business get?

Other daily deal sites typically take 50% of your earnings no matter how much volume you do in sales. We offer your business 75% in earnings on all vouchers that are below the 70% sale efforts from teams or groups. Once the quota is reached, that share goes to 50%, however, this is also because of the volume of sales and traffic that will be driven to your business.

How are you different from other “daily deal” sites?

NEXT PLAY is different because we offer your business the opportunity to give back to your community. We know the frustrations of teams and groups asking for hand outs from your business, so we want to offer a fundraiser that is going to drive business and foot traffic to your door.

Can I put a limit on the number of offers to be purchased?

Absolutely, in fact, we recommend your business offers somewhere in the range of 35-50 vouchers per fundraiser.

Can a user buy more than one deal?

A user cannot buy more than one store voucher during a single cart purchase, however, if they came back to the store and paid again, they would be able to get more than one deal from your business. However, this does not mean that they are able to combine the discounts in one purchase.

When do we get our fundraising money?

We will pay your business before any team or school gets their money. Typically, we try to payout to your business 7-10 days after the final day of the fundraiser.

Why should we use NEXT PLAY over someone else?

Your business gets more customization with our platform than any other daily deal sites out there. Also, the marketing of your business that you will receive from the efforts of local teams and schools is unmatchable from any other fundraising platform. With our platform, there is an emotional reason to purchase. Users will be sharing your deal, which is your business’s logo and information, to all their friends and family on various social networks. Also, your business will be advertised on our website as a supporter and will be mentioned in press releases, as a donor to the school or team. Also, your business will be mentioned in push notifications to mobile devices as well.

How does this benefit our store or business?

Increase and drive sales to your front door with special offers and promotions. Create returning customers and generate new ones. There are no upfront costs to your business, your only responsibility is to honor all redeemable vouchers purchased from NEXT PLAY. During fundraising efforts your business gets recognition and advertising on our website, mobile app and social media outlets.

How do we know if a voucher has been redeemed or if it is still valid?

Your business has its own personal dashboard on our website and mobile app where you can track daily sales, as well as, verify whether a voucher is still valid or not. When a customer tries to redeem a voucher in your place of business, you login to your NEXT PLAY dashboard, make sure the voucher is redeemable, and mark it complete once purchase is final.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Refund Policy

Your voucher may always be redeemed at the merchant who issued it for at least the amount you paid for it – even if the promotional value has expired. Additionally, any unredeemed voucher may be returned to us within the first three (3) days of purchase for a refund of the amount paid. After that three day time period, Next Play will not refund any voucher and all sales are final.

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery via email or digitally in your store profile. We do not accept any international orders, and currently physical shipment of items via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., are not available at this time.
